Shipping policy

Bunny Besties is run all by volunteers. Our store is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays.  Items purchased prior to 5 PM the day before will be shipped on those days (orders submitted by 5 PM Tuesday will be shipped Wednesday, and orders submitted by 5 PM Friday will be shipped Saturday).  Sometimes we are able to ship items sooner, but we cannot always guarantee it. Please contact us if you have a need for more immediate shipping (hello@bunnybesties.org). We will ship to you using the United States Postal Service. USPS guarantees delivery within the continental US within 2 to 8 days. With all these factors we plan to get it to your address within 14 days from order date. We are not responsible for delays after we hand off the package to USPS.

Right now we are only shipping within the continental US. When we feel confident we will venture further into certain international options. Thank you for your patience.
